This policy explains what data the website collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies to cineshare.io only, not to sites we link to.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what you send us and basic technical data needed to run the site.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling. Please do not send sensitive data (such as health information) through the form.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis

4. Cookies
The site uses only necessary cookies. They keep the site working and secure, for example the anti-spam protection on the contact form, and they do not track you. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so the site shows no cookie banner.
YouTube may set its own cookies once you press play on a video (see section 5). You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
5. Videos, links and service providers
Videos. Our videos are hosted on YouTube. A video loads from YouTube only when you click play, and from then on YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
Links. Pages link to LinkedIn, Dell Technologies, NVIDIA and other sites. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Service providers. These companies process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the site and our business:

6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights
Email pekka@cineshare.io to use any of these rights. We reply within one month and do not charge for it.
- See the data we hold about you, and get a copy
- Correct data that is wrong
- Have your data deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it
- Restrict or object to how we use your data
- Get your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent (for example unsubscribe from the newsletter) at any time
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
8. Transfers outside the EU
We aim to keep data inside the EU/EEA. Google Workspace may process email in the United States. When that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Changes and contact
We update this policy when the site or our services change; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Questions about privacy go to pekka@cineshare.io.
